Good things do come in small packages!

“2.8m wide x 18m long with descending stairs into one end” – sound like a lap pool?  In fact, it is a unique entry space to an inner-city apartment block! Our client came to us with grand visions of upgrading what was a dark, dysfunctional apartment foyer and we were delighted to jump in the deep end to take on the transformation.

Working with the existing architecture rather than against it, we found our budget stretched quite far with this small footprint. We were able to include stunning fixtures and fittings such as brushed brass mosaic tiles, intricate inlaid marble floor tiles, custom Australian-made pendant lighting, 2 pack lacquered wall panelling, and plush velvet seating to complete the picture. The result makes a splash, while being uplifting, inviting and prestigious – ultimately adding great value to each of the stakeholder’s properties with this apartment complex.
